Samsung Upgrade Programme (Upgrade Programme”), which provides
you with the ability to purchase an eligible Samsung Galaxy S10
handset and the option to upgrade to the latest Samsung Galaxy S
handset every 12 months.
1.2 Why you should read them.
Please read these terms carefully if you would like to take part
in the Upgrad Programme. These terms tell you who we are, the
conditions of the Upgrade Programme and other important
information.
2. INFORMATION ABOUT US AND HOW TO CONTACT US
